INTRODUCTION

OÜ Transpordi Varahaldus (hereinafter “TVH” or “Company”) is a state-owned business entity founded on September 30, 2015 by the Republic of Estonia as a sole shareholder with the objective of operating as an investment firm financing and managing fixed assets in the field of transport (including acquisition and lease). The Company was entered into the commercial register on October 10, 2015.

FLEET of AIRCRAFT

The Company’s fleet consists of seven Bombardier CRJ900NG type jet engine powered passenger aircraft (manufacturer´s serial numbers: MSN 15261, MSN 15262, MSN 15276, MSN 15277, MSN 15211, MSN 15250 and MSN 15206).
