The aircraft departed from Tallinn Airport on August 28, 2025 and headed to its new base in Ljubljana, Slovenia.<\/p>\n<p>According to <b>Ergo Blumfeldt<\/b>, Member of the Management Board of TVH, the sale of the fleet has now reached the stage where, following a thorough technical inspection and the completion of required maintenance and repair work, the first aircraft has been transferred to the new owner.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis marks an important milestone in the handover and acceptance process. The remaining aircraft will be delivered in line with their technical readiness, with the process expected to conclude according to the original schedule by the end of September,\u201d Blumfeldt added.<\/p>\n<p><b>George Mamangakis<\/b>, Board Member of EIC Aircraft Leasing Limited, confirmed that the aircraft\u2019s overall technical condition and documentation met Regional One\u2019s expectations. <i>\u201cThe preservation work carried out in Tallinn has been of good quality, and our cooperation throughout the handover process has been very professional,\u201d<\/i> said Mamangakis.<\/p>\n<p>TVH signed the agreement to sell seven aircraft to Regional One in late spring. Before delivery, each aircraft undergoes a comprehensive technical inspection, including tests of engines and avionics.
